  My teaching philosophy is grounded on the belief that every child is special, possessing unique individualities, diverse learning styles, and untapped potential.                As a teacher, I believe my role is to serve as a facilitator, mentor, guide, nurturing a love for lifelong learning, and fostering critical thinking skills. I am driven by the belief that every child is a unique learner with diverse learning needs and styles, with untapped potential waiting to be unleashed. I will ensure to provide a safe and inclusive learning environment where students feel valued, cared for, and empowered to explore their capabilities. I want to create a classroom that feels like a “home”, a welcoming and safe space for every learner. A home where making mistakes is not a failure but an opportunity to learn and grow. The Teaching Profession

“Why am I here? What is the purpose of God for me?” These are my questions for the past few days after enrolling in the CIT program. Though I am grateful for the opportunity, deep within me, I am seeking deeper meaning and purpose in pursuing this path.   I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration majoring in marketing. I don’t have any teaching experiences outside except the experiences I had inside the church. I was assigned to be a Sunday school teacher, a youth leader, a dance teacher, and a bible study sharer. I am not skilled in teaching, but I enjoy preparing lessons, teaching, and sharing what I learned and my skills. I remember, watching youth and elders who are not skilled in dancing, but I was able to let them dance- that is rewarding for me. Witnessing young people’s lives changed and transformed by the Word of God because I allowed myself to be an instrument of God to guide, teach, and nurture them- is a fulfillment.
